« Table de butée, de poussée et de force portante des fondations » is an historical manual, first published in 1948, and written by Albert Caquot and Jean Kerisel, two French civil engineers. It aims to provide practical rules for engineers to design stable retaining walls in various conditions. The book provides formulae and tables of earth pressure factors systematically computed for various geometrical conditions and with variable soil parameters. They allow forces equilibrium computation with limited computation resources and they were used for numerous constructions.
